I used Camembert over goat Brie...I didn't like the Camembert at all. Note: Seeding the tomatoes seems to be only for aesthetic appeal. Next time - make it one big pizza and use goat Brie.

Cornmeal Pizza with Chevre, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Basil reviewed by hisvictoria

I love the Chevre on the pizza. I used 1/2 a chicken breads that was grilled on our Breville Ikon Panini Press, and sauteed zucchini. Makes 6 - 8 slices. The crust came out great Note: The water added to the yeast can not exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit....
