This is the way I usually make Schnitzels, though I sometimes coat them first in milk - I think it gives a nices flavour and texture, DB doesn't think so. Then there is some general disagreement over the fact whether the coating should be lightly pressed...

We really had our hopes high that this would become a very special and exotic dish - it looked great and it sounded great. In reality, it was quite okay though not as special as we had hoped. The recipe, however, really had quite a few severe faults....
