Best discard cracker I have tried so far. This recipe is simple, requires no extra flour and is infinitely adaptable. I made mine with dried thyme, rosemary and a combo of butter and olive oil (mostly butter). Baked about 26 minutes, removed the browner ones and continues to bake the rest for about 32 minutes or so. Love these thin and crispy crackers!
