This was decadent without being cloying or too heavy. I really had to work on getting the pastry dough to fill the pan up to the rim but it was enough, and resulted in a crust of the perfect thickness. Sadly, it did stick to the pan quite a bit. Next time I may loosen the tart from the pan while still slightly warm.
