This is one of the best baked rice pudding recipes I have tried. It is a touch too sweet for me but I think everyone else that tried it thought it was just right. I did over cook it a bit, so it became a tad dry but I will definitely try this again, watching more closely. Note the page number is from the Kindle edition.
