This was going so well, looked so promising, then totally fell apart. I heeded all the precautions - carefully separating the yolks from the white, making sure all equipment was clean and cool, wiping everything down with vinegar... and still failed. The cooking of the meringue went well and looked beautiful - glossy and white. But it just would not whip up. I followed all the trouble shooting advice. Have no idea what went wrong but would like to give this recipe the benefit of the doubt,...
