Really tasty and of the cottage cheese pancakes I have tried these are most like regular pancakes in taste and texture. These are no where near as tender as the Marion Cunningham recipe (NYT), making them easier to flip, however I do love the lemon of the MC recipe. When I make these again I will allow a little time for the flour and oats to hydrate - maybe an hour or so.
