Loved the cake and the sauce components. The icing was just SWEET - no flavor. I doctored it by adding tangerine juice and zest, as well as a tiny pinch of salt. The finished cake was moist and delicious and the tangerine went pretty well with the raspberry sauce. I made a half recipe, baking the cake in an 8 x 8 metal pan and it was perfect height and was done in 35 minutes.
