These are terrific! I have made them several times using sour cream or greek yogurt. Batter is quite thick so sometimes an extra splash of milk is needed but otherwise followed the recipe and cooked in buttered pan. I also like this recipe because it makes a smaller batch - approximately 6-8 pancakes.
