This simple recipe is a real winner; very easy and totally delicious. The cinnamon and cardamom are perfectly balanced. I’ve tried this with almonds, walnuts, cashews etc; the timing is good in my oven, producing crunchy toasted nuts that are just sweet enough. My whole family seems to love these nuts.
