Difficulty: Easy

A good all purpose recipe. I use a variety of vegetables depending on what I have at the time. If you have peanut sauce pre made, this becomes a very quick meal. I usually use soba noodles and top with something crunchy such as toasted nuts or sesame seeds. I’ve used carrot, edamame, bok choy, peas etc. and we always increase the spice quite a bit with some added hot sauce.
