Difficulty: Easy

This salad was excellent. I had barley already cooked so I used that for the brown rice and used the feta option. I made about 1/3 of the recipe and we really enjoyed how the grains, feta, chickpeas, and dressing worked together for a nutritious and delicious lunch.
