This salad was amazing! The dressing came together quickly, and the combination of lentils, tomatoes (from my garden), cucumber, and basil with the dressing was light and tasted lovely. I did use pickled red onions and confit garlic since we aren’t fans of raw alliums. Will definitely make again when my tomatoes are ripe.
