Easy
First, these are delicious pancakes and easy to make. I used the overnight method, used the optional yogurt ad did a few substitutions…my flour mix was milled red fife and some all purpose. I also used oil for the butter since it’s so much easier. There’s a cornmeal variation at the bottom of the page they I’d love to try!
