Difficulty: Very Easy

These spiced seeds are absolutely delicious, crunchy and spicy, and easy to make. They can be thrown onto bowls and salads, eaten out of hand, or used to crunch up veggies. They take just a few minutes to roast up in a cast iron pan. I try to make sure I have them on had all the time. I use smoked paprika for the regular paprika for the spice level.
