modifications needed: none, great as printed difficulty level: beg/intermediate time: no more than an hour

This simple recipe is absolutely tasty and even better the next day. The leeks, cabbage and parsley compliment the cannellini beans very well...the hint of olive oil seals the deal. I usually find myself adding more than the suggested seasonings but this recipe used little seasoning yet still was very tasty.
