Recipe is actually on p. 98C as it is part of the "Quick and Delicious" page at the back of the magazine.
Loved the sound of the recipe as I love both mushrooms and sherry ... but the result was underwhelming. Recipe called for both jarred roasted red peppers and a diced plum tomato ... both of which seemed unnecessary to me and I ended up wishing I'd omitted them.
