A very nice risotto and easy to prepare. The 16 yr old son prepared this after coming home from school. It cooks for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, and our slow cooker goes to warm when the time is out. This sat on "warm" for a couple hours, but wasn't too over-cooked.
This is definitely something to repeat!
