Used this recipe for my first attempt at pickling and it was a complete success. I like a nice dill flavor so I use a lot of fresh dill weed. A great basic pickle recipe. Have passed the recipe along to others who also really enjoyed it. Also used the recipe to pickle green beans when I was overwhelmed with them from my CSA.
