My first scalloped potatoes and it was delicious. Really simple to make. I used my KitchenAid stand mixer slicer/shredder attachment to slice the potatoes (the thicker slicing attachment) and they cooked perfectly.

I took the dish to a pot luck and it was the first empty dish. Next time I'll make a double batch.
