Not bad...I didn't puree the chickpeas but you don't taste them too much. They're not as good as my usual cookie, but not bad if you want to try and get more chickpeas in your diet. Seems like a lot of chocolate chips (2 cups). I made about twice as many (so maybe smaller) cookies than the 2 dozen suggested.
