I'm a huge fan of this recipe. It's only rivaled by the Barefoot Contessa Roasted Cashews recipe which has become a standard in our house.

This is by far my favorite spiced nut recipe. Make lots as they don't last long.

I first encountered this recipe years ago when it was printed in the food section of the Washington Post. Immediate infatuation...and I whipped up batches of these addictive nuts (spiced with rosemary, a bit of cayenne, brown sugar and salt and pepper) when guests were coming for dinner.
Especially nice for fall/winter entertaining because they are best served warm. When I found a copy of the Union Square Cafe cookbook in a used bookstore, the first thing I did was check to make sure the book...
