This has become my go-to recipe when I need to throw together a quick dessert. The recipe makes a good deal of bars (or squares) but it's easy to double the recipe as well if you need a lot - you'll just need a stand mixer to do this. The flavor is excellent, the recipe is quick to put together and every time I make them I always get compliments on them.
