I happened to have a savoy cabbage in the house so i decided to try this out. I normaly avoid steak recipes due to the cost but this one made it so that one steak easily served two of us.
I found this a really nice change after the heavy christmas season, being light whilst still using winter produce wich can be a chore sometimes.
The book specifies egg noodles, but i used rice and it still tasted good. It will probably work with whatever you have kicking about.
