First of all my recipe is from 2000, page 144.

I think it is important to salt and squeeze out the zucchini really well for the recipe to work. I also add 1/4 c. fresh minced dill. With these changes I think the recipe is a 4. This is from the 2000 ed. sorry

Tasty, but does not want to make pancakes. Note to self suggests baking it in a flat casserole.
