This was so pretty in the picture I had to try it especially since my cousin gave me some fresh radishes from his garden. I only made a half recipe since I didn't know if we'd like it. My daughter who doesn't care for radishes even liked it on the Barefoot Contessa's Parmesan Croutons. Hubby didn't like it but I thought it made a nice snack. Can't wait for son to try it since he's the radish lover in the bunch.
