My daughter made a half recipe of this to fill our calzones from page 160. She divided the calzone dough into 4 pieces instead of 6 and used 1/2 of the filling recipe in two of them for her and I. The other two she filled with pepperoni and mozarella for our hubbies. We loved this spinach cheese filling and I hope to make it again. We though it would be good with pasta also.
