This was very good but a bit spicy, which most of us like. In our area we get chipotles in adobo sauce in either 7 or 12 oz sizes instead of 11 oz. So I went ahead and used the 12 oz size. When I shredded my pork I mashed up the onions and chipotles and mixed them back into the sauce. I got both tortillas and buns to give my family a choice and offered up plenty of toppings. This was very good. I halved the recipe but forgot to halve the amount of chipotles so it was pretty darn spicy. I think we'd like it better just a tad less hot. I look forward to trying it again.

Edit: I made this a second time with the correct proportion of ingredients and it was delicious. Everyone loved it.
