Another great slow cooker recipe. One of the best stew's I have eaten, but a bit involved to make as lots of vegetables to prepare and you have to brown the meat. Took about an hour to assemble, but fantastic result when we came home at night to eat it. Has potatoes built in, so just had some crusty bread with it.
