This was good, but I think a bit dry ( though I may have cooked it a bit long - I need 12 hour slow cooker recipes by time I get to eat dinner) I will try it again, but keep an eye on the pork - it doesn't have a lot of extra moisture added to it.

I had high hopes for this recipe, but really to me it was just only okay. I will not make again. The pork did seem a bit dry, but it was more like that there was not really any flavor to the meat. The sauce was weak at best, not the richness I look forward to in a peanut sauce- so this really didn't help the flavor of the meat either. So though I really wanted the concept to work it failed in my opinion. Too bad..
