These were easy to mix up and moist and delicious. Not overly sweet but very satisfying. I did omit the pistachios since I didn't have any on hand. They were great without them but I'm sure they would also be good with. The chai tea gives them a great flavor. I'll make these healthy gems again.

I baked mine in a silicone muffin pan and didn't spray or oil the muffin wells. They came out perfectly.
