You never have to buy chocolate bark again, it is so simple to make. Follow Ina's instructions for melting the chocolate and then add what she suggests or whatever you like. The roasted salted cashews are a good foil against the sweetness of the chocolate. I added the cherries,apricots and the raisins, I didn't use the ginger. This disappears as fast as I make it.
