A warning be sure you have a deep dish tart pan. Mine was 11 inches and it called for a 10 inch one but mine wasn't deep. I had a little overflow in the oven. Thankfully I followed the instructions to place the tart pan on a foil lined baking sheet so I prevented it from making too big of a mess. The tart was still quiet good. Bet it would be even better with some leftover baked turkey (I used deli sliced and chopped) and some fresh from the garden tomatoes. This was our Easter Breakfast. You ne... Read more
