The deep mushroom and eggs flavors were wonderful; this dish will be repeated. However, it did not produce a beautiful looking popover. Perhaps with different mushrooms (I used baby Bellas and Shitakes) or the mushroom cut differently, or the popover cooked longer, it will look more appetizing. July 2018.
