Straightforward linguine with clam sauce recipe -- easy and delicious even with a few personal tweaks (I used half the red pepper flakes the recipe called for since we don't love heat and I finished the sauce with 2 T. butter rather than 5 T. olive oil). Once the clams are scrubbed, this recipe come together very quickly.
