This was pretty good. I ended up pureeing the sauce and my toddler actually ate it.

My guess is that this would have been a 5 star rating if I had only been able to grill the elements of the ratatouille. Unfortunately -- as soon as my prep was completed -- the skies overhead opened ... I decided to wait the storm out but it out-waited me. So finally I chopped up the elements and sauteed them and then tossed with the pasta ... and it was very tasty. I'm just sure the grilling would have made it even better.
