This was really good. I had my doubts about it staying intact when my salmon cubes started falling apart a bit in the frying pan, but the flavour of the sauce was so good that it didn't matter that they were a tiny bit crumbly. Except for the red onion, I halved this recipe as I was just cooking for two, and the sauce, which was basically garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar and lime juice, tasted great.
