These did have a few steps to make (have to cut, core and dry the tomatoes) which took a little while - but other than that were easy to make. A decorative side dish and tasty too.

Excellent tomato flavor, kissed with crunchy bread crumbs and cheese.
Of course I changed a few things. No gorgonzola, so I substituted goat cheese, and I also mixed in some basil.
Total time was about 1 hour, but much of that time is hands off. I'd definitely make this one again.
