This sauce is delicious. I like to serve it over butternut squash ravioli and kale. I would like to try it served over polenta or mashed potatoes.

Rich mushroom sauce over linguini - whats not to love?

This was a somewhat complicated recipe for my 15 yr old son to make, but he did an excellent job (well written instructions and a good organized cook). We enjoyed this with corn on the cob.
