Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms

Make this all the time. Love, love, love it. Lots of flavor out of a few simple ingredients. This is the recipe that made me a devoted follower of Deb.

This recipe has become a standby in our household when we're having company over. The process is beautifully simple and the results spectatcular. Whenever we are invited to a potluck, my friends ask me to bring "my mushrooms" of course I give credit where it is due. Deb REALLY got it right with this one.
