Yum! These sweet things came together pretty quickly. They make a very liquidy batter - I had trouble getting the flour mixed in quickly, so I left the lumps. Mine didn't look as nice and light as Deb's, but they came out pretty well. I liked the salty notes from the kosher salt. These do take a lot of oil (1/2 C), but they don't feel heavy. Maybe thats dangerous? I used nonfat yogurt.
