German Pancakes

Light and fluffy - and an easy blender recipe. We love oven pancakes, and this is a nice recipe in the genre. We followed Deb's advice by making then in the blender (super easy) and baking them in cake pans. It was OK for four, but a bit on the lean side (a side helping of fruit would help). They looked done after 20 minutes, but I followed the guidance of turning down the oven and cooking an additional 10 minutes. The pancakes held their shape better than other recipes, and the result was not dry, so do this for a beautiful presentation.
