Cosmopolitan Jelly Shot

Totally fun and easy Jelly Shot. We made this one since it was our first and we didn't have much time to let them set. So we needed a one layer shot and one that we had most of the ingredients.

They tasted great. Ours didn't look so great but we just need to perfect our technique! We bought the pyramid silicone molds with the cookbook and tried those. We definitely need a release agent in those. Our ice cube trays worked well.

I classified this as a 'beverage' since I'm not really sure where these should go!
