Light, crisp, but still warm - delicious! You boil these peas for only 2 minutes, drain, and toss with butter, lemon juice, chives, and tarragon. The recipe also calls for toasted almonds, but in my rush to get dinner on the table, I forgot those. The almonds would most likely have elevated this recipe to a 5.
