VERY quick, low fat and economical. I halved the recipe for the first batch to be sure I liked it. I LOVED it.

I don't own this book Selah but I'll be interested in seeing your recipe reviews to see if I want to add it to my collection!
I need to eat more beans apart from garbanzos.
