Summer Spaghetti

This dish looked great (hey, it's the cover dish!), but tastewise it was slightly bland, mainly due to the fact that there was little texture to bite. Both the chorizo and the tomatoes lost a lot of liquid/oil, and even though I only used a bit of those for the dressing, the whole dish ended up with a lot of sauce. Finally, it wasn't exactly the simplest of dishes, so no, I didn't really think it was worth the effort... Just in case you want to try it anyway: It's full of veggies, plus it can easily be turned into a vegetarian dish by leaving out the chorizo.
