If you can't be bothered by making a traditional pie crust and love coconut then this one is for you. Simply press the dough into the tart pan, add the fruit and macaroon filling and enjoy! I used whole spelt flour and cherries instead of whole wheat flour and blackberries and the tart got rave reviews.
