My daughter has made this several times when I am visiting. It is very good and doesn't take long to make. Notes about her preparation are: She just peeled the shrimp and didn’t worry about cutting down the back of the shrimp. (Her shrimp were medium size.) She also used the garlic from a jar and didn’t have fresh lemon juice. Instead of margarine, she used light butter. I think these were somewhat minor changes as the result was very good.
