I got some wonderful fresh corn in our market and this recipe was calling my name. My daughter and I loved it. It's simple - only two ingredients corn and bacon with a little salt and fresh ground black pepper, but oh so delicious. This is one of Claire Robinson's recipes. She's the host of 5 Ingredient Fix on the Food Network. In the magazine this recipe is included in the He Made She Made article.
