I gave this one a 4 instead of a 5 since hubby didn't like it as much as daughter and I did. This is fairly easy to make and I though quiet good. Daughter said she thought the sauce would be great on nachos as well. We used queso fresco.

I can't get queso fresco where I live. Any suggestions for a close substitution?

Cadfael, Rick suggests using goat cheese, salted and pressed farmer's cheese or feta insted of the queso fresco. I know the lady on Mexican Made Easy on the food network also suggests a mild feta as a subsitute for queso fresco.
